Pleased to have been appointed to Project Manage the Final Three Phases at Graylingwell Park for Drew Smith in addition to my existing Planning Consultancy role. It is great working collaboratively with the Drew Smith team.

Proposals now being finalised for a new Convenience Store with Affordable Housing above, Artist Studios and the Conversion of a Grade 2 Listed Building which was the home to Anna Sewell the author of Black Beauty. Together with two phases of 170 houses.
